Adding insiders to a list - simplified workflow

Adding insiders to a list has been simplified. There is now only 2 tabs - one for the insiders on the list and one for adding insiders. Administrators can now pick insiders from larger groups and add insider reasons with ease. 

1. Add multiple insiders by selecting any pre-defined group, or create a new group using the link "create/manage groups".



2. Alternatively, start typing the name of any existing contact or group in the field "start typing to add...". A list of all matching groups and existing contacts will appear, and can easily be selected, along with the option to add new contacts.



3. Once selected, review date/time and insider reasons for each insider. Click the green button to add insiders to the list. A notification email will be sent to each insider.


Important: Insiders will receive a standard notification email with instructions to confirm their obligations. For existing insiders, where personal details has already been provided, and where the insider reason has been filled out by the administrator, confirmation is done by clicking a link in the email, without a need to login to the service. For new insiders, they will receive a notification, and be instructed to create an account on Logwise, fill in their personal details, and confirm their obligations. Next time they are added to a list, they can also just click a link to confirm their obligations. Provided that the insider reason is filled out by the administrator.
