Compliance model

The compliance model is a setting that controls the automatic access of insider lists and market soundings to compliance officers (henceforth 'Compliance' refers to all users with the Compliance officer role in the organization). There are three different compliance models to choose from:
  1. Restricted (default): Compliance only gets access to manually shared lists and market soundings
  2. Access closed: Compliance gets access to closed lists and market soundings
  3. Access all: Compliance gets access to all lists and market soundings
1. Restricted
Compliance only gets access to the lists that are shared to them through direct or group access.

2. Access closed
Compliance automatically gets access to all closed insider lists and market soundings. If compliance needs access to an active list it can be manually shared with the specific individuals or groups.

3. Access all
Compliance automatically gets access to all active and closed insider lists and market soundings.

Compliance access is visible to project administrators

For all insider lists and market soundings that compliance gets access to through the compliance model is visible on the project card.

More details are available in the manage access modal.
