How can I see if insiders have fulfilled their obligations?

Scroll over the colored ring (traffic light) next to each insider to see if notification email has been received and if insider has confirmed their obligations. A green ring with a white tick indicates that an insider has completed his or her obligations. A red light shows up if email bounces
