You will continue to receive emails about your status as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) until you follow the link in the email and log in. You have not fulfilled all your obligations under MAR yet - but you have partaken of the information in the email and logged in - no more reminders will be sent.
Please read the notification attached to the emails to see the full requirements you need to fulfill but a brief overview is provided below
- Identify close associates who need to be informed of your status as PDMR
- Add each associate in the Logwise user interface to notify them and also notify the related issuer
- Confirm that you understand your obligations as PDMR by signing the notification in the Logwise user interface
- When your associations change you must also add or remove associates in the Logwise user interface and keep the list current
