Reset password

Navigate to the login screen by going to https://app.logwise.com/insider. If you are not logged in you will be redirected to the login screen where you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link:

You will then be directed to a new screen where you should add your email address that is registered in Logwise (important that you use the email address that is connected to your Logwise account, please check previous sent emails from Logwise). Press "send link" and you will be presented with a confirmation screen.

After submitting your email address you will receive an email to the provided email address with a link that can be used to reset the password of your account:

Follow the link and you will be directed to a page where you can enter a new password for your account. Remember that you have to provide a strong password that follows the security requirements of the service.

When you have provided a password press the reset button to finish the process.

If everything went successfully you will be presented with a confirmation page where you can navigate to the login page and login with your new credentials.
