Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Set up multi factor authentication
To activate Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) / Two-Factory Authentication (2FA) for your account then follow these steps:
1. Login to Logwise with your existing account
2. Go to the manage MFA page: Manage MFA
3. At the page you can set up MFA by first adding the phone number you would like to use for the sign in process and then clicking the verify button which will send a security code to your phone by SMS
4. Verify your phone number by providing the received code
5. Once your phone number is verified successfully MFA will be activated for your account.
6. Done! The next time you will have to authorize by providing the code sent to your phone.
Sign in using MFA
1. Sign in to Logwise as normal
2. A security code will be sent to your phone by SMS, provide that code and optionally select to remember the browser (if appropriate).
3. Signed in to Logwise and redirected to the service.
