Create your Logwise Account
To access your information in Logwise you have to create your personal account and sign in.
- If you have been added as an administrator, click the link in the activation email and follow the instructions. The email subject is "Activate your Logwise administrator account" unless customised by your organisation.
- If you have been added as an end-user, click the link in the notification email, "Login to update your personal details..." or similar link.
- At first login you will be prompted to activate your account using either an existing external account (Google / Microsoft) or a password
- Your Logwise account is now activated and you can proceed to sign in.
The most convenient way to access Logwise is to use your existing Microsoft/Google account.
You can access your Logwise account through either:
- app.logwise.com
- The Logwise landing page, www.logwise.com and clicking the "login" in the upper right hand corner of the page
- Clicking the link in the email you received when registered in the service.
- Tip! Make sure to bookmark the login page in your browser
