Compliance overview

From the top menu you find the Compliance option which will take you to the compliance overview (https://app.logwise.com/compliance).



In the compliance overview you can add new compliance users and manage their roles.



Compliance roles

There are two available compliance roles:
  1. Compliance organization administrator
  2. Compliance officer

1. Compliance organization administrator

  1. Allowed to manage compliance officers and their roles
  2. Modify settings related to the compliance organization
  3. View administrators and contacts in the organization

2. Compliance officer

  1. View lists and market soundings with no write access
  2. View insiders, investors, contacts in the organization
  3. Affected by the compliance model setting i.e. gets automatic access to insider lists and market soundings (read more about the compliance model setting here)
