(For advisors) - How to convert a confidential list to a sub-insider-list

A confidential list can easily be converted to an insider list once the information has been classified as inside information. The below guide shows you how to go about. 

1. On the confidential project, click the status menu in the top right corner and select "convert to insider list". See screenshot below

2. In the pop-up, you will be guide through a stepper, starting with the project details. Insert requested information

3. Review the message informing persons already on the confidential project that they are now insiders on an insider list 

 

4. Final review before conversion and informing insiders

 5. Confidential project has now been converted and existing list members and persons responsible for the delayed disclosure have received notifications.  Add additional insiders by following the standard insider list procedures explained here.
