Guide for Insiders

Guide for Insiders

This guide describes the workflow for persons being added to an insider list in Logwise

As an insider, you will receive an email notification instructing you to complete the following tasks:
  1. Acknowledge regulatory obligations

    • Read and confirm that you understand your obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

  2. Provide an insider reason

    • Enter the reason for being included on the insider list, unless this has already been pre-filled.

  3. Submit complete personal information

    • Ensure that all required personal details are accurately provided.

Reminders:
The system will automatically send reminders if any of the above tasks remain incomplete.

Accessing Your Insider Tasks:
To access Logwise and manage your pending tasks, you can either:

  • Click the link included in your email notification, or

  • Navigate directly to app.logwise.com and log in.

First-Time Users:
If this is your first time being added to an insider list, you will need to create an account. For detailed instructions, refer to the account creation guide.

1. Confirm that you have read and understood your obligations

Once logged in, you will be presented with a list of your active insider projects. For each insider project enter the reason for you being an insider if not already filled in. Read any attached documents or reference material. Click the green button to proceed.

2. Provide complete personal information

In the next step you must ensure that your personal details are complete and correct. The first time you access the system, you need to fill out this information, which is a requirement under MAR. This information will then be used for future insider projects you are added to. Click the green button to proceed.

Completion of all fields are mandatory, except "Birth surname(s)" which is optional. If you cannot provide information for a required field you can fill it with a dash '-' and this is what will be reported to the National Competent Authority. Please be aware that MAR requires you to fill in all fields correctly.

3. Done

Once all the required tasks are completed, you will receive a summary confirming that you have fulfilled your obligations as an insider. If all steps are completed successfully, you will stop receiving reminders related to your status as an insider for the currently active projects.

If you are added to a new insider list in the future, you will receive a fresh set of notifications and reminders until you complete the required steps for the new list.
