Access Logwise with single sign-on (SSO)

To ease the login process in Logwise you can use one of your existing single sign-on (SSO) accounts. Logwise supports Microsoft and Google accounts.


Matching email

If the email your are using in Logwise is connected to a SSO account you can login without any additional configuration, it will just work.

If you wish to link an SSO account with a different email address just follow these steps:
  1. Login to Logwise with your existing account
  2. Go to the manage external logins page: Manage External Logins
  3. At the page you can add new SSO accounts by clicking on the provider name of you choice e.g. Microsoft or Google.
  4. You will now be redirected to the SSO provider and go through a sign in process. Once done you will be redirected back to Logwise.
  5. If the sign in process was successful you will see your SSO account added to the list of external logins.
  6. Done! The next time you wish to login you can use your SSO account.

Test your SSO login

  1. First logout from Logwise
  2. Then sign in to Logwise using your SSO account
